Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect Crumble's BI function from zero across data, reporting, and infrastructure.
  • Build a unified metrics framework across sales, ops, marketing, SCM, and finance.
  • Stand up dashboards and reporting rhythms that drive HOD and leadership decisions.
  • Turn ambiguous business questions into clean data models and actionable outputs.
  • Hire, train, and scale an internal BI team aligned to Crumble's growth trajectory.
